TLV Southeastern Designer Showhouse and Gardens Series: Elegance in Atlanta – Part 2

Welcome back to our coverage of the 7th annual Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse and Gardens running from April 14 – May 8. We are thrilled to invite our readers along with us to visit this stunning home built and decorated by a mix of notable Southeastern designers and architects “tasked with infusing each corner of the home with their signature style.” Not only does this event showcase the work of some seriously talented designers, but it also serves as an important fundraiser benefiting Camp Twin Lakes – “a nonprofit organization that delivers fully adaptive, medically supportive and deeply impactful camp experiences to Georgia’s children and young adults.” In our last installment we toured the first floor of the showhouse, sharing the work of nine extraordinary designers. In this segment we go upstairs to check out the work of another set of fabulous designers in this stunning 5 bedroom, 9,300 square foot home. If you are getting caught up, you can read the first segment here.

Ashley Gilbreath – Family / Living RoomSouthern-based interior designer Ashley Gilbreath breaths sophistication into this elegant living / family room.  Saturated blue/green upholstered seating mixes with hints of gold and touches of onyx to round out the tasteful color palette of this welcoming space.

Don Easterling & Nina Long – Gentleman’s LoungeOld world meets new in this debonair space created by the delightful design team Don Easterling & Nina Long.  Don’s “classic, traditional layering” blends perfectly with Nina’s “love of art, textiles and mastery of color”.  A crisp white sofa creates balance against the detailed and color rich mural, while accessories in the form of artifacts and antiques add a world traveler’s sense of adventure.
