What do you get when you apply the discerning eye of one of Connecticut’s best interior designers to a retail shop? A wonderfully unique, perfectly curated collection of antiques, furniture, and decor that’s unlike any other boutique you’ll ever step into again. The store in question: Rinfret Home and Garden, located in Greenwich, and owned and stocked by legendary local designer Cindy Rinfret.

In case you’re unfamiliar with Cindy’s work: she’s the designer-in-residence to Tommy Hilfiger, she was inducted into the New England Design Hall of Fame, and she literally wrote the book(s) on Greenwich Style (no, seriously, her gorgeous coffee table book, Classic Greenwich Style, was published in 2006 by Rizzoli, and the follow up, Greenwich Style: Inspired Family Homes, debuted in 2013).

Basically, if you purchase something from Cindy’s shop, you know it’s going to be high quality and impeccably stylish. The boutique carries designer-favorite brands like Visual Comfort, Currey & Co., and Chelsea House, along with a beautiful selection of custom furniture, antiques, and art.

Of course, we were beyond excited then, when we got a chance to showcase a selection of pieces from Rinfret Home and Garden’s warehouse sale on The Local Vault! We teamed up with the shop to source products we thought our customers would love most (which was incredibly hard to narrow down, as you might imagine), which are currently live on TLV now!
