Paul Bisset was born in Paris in 1922. He received his early instruction from Jacques Falcon. His works are well known in France and England where he has also executed mural commissions. His paintings and drawings are represented in many private art collections. His love of horses and the excitement and gaiety of the circus are portrayed in his thickly textured impressions.
