Your goal should be to de-clutter and neutralize.  Identify those items that are either detract from your home’s best features or won’t work at your next home and earn some money by selling them on TLV.

You might consider repurposing a room that may be better suited to your target buyer.  For example, your playroom may be the ideal home office.  The Local Vault has two great desks,                                    the Pangea Home  Beverly Desk
