Get the Look: Nate Berkus’s Fifth Avenue Manhattan Penthouse

We’ve always been big fans of Nate Berkus, but fell even more in love with the designer’s style when we spotted his family home in the pages of Architectural Digest a couple of months ago. To be clear, this is no ordinary family home. It’s a Manhattan penthouse conveniently located in a pre-war building on Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village. Berkus shares the space with his partner, fellow interior designer Jeremiah Brent (decorator to Rachel Zoe), and their baby daughter. Needless to say, the entire home is absolutely impeccable — a mixture of collected antiques juxtaposed with natural and modern touches, designed in the chic and sophisticated neutral palette both designers are known for.

The good news? The stunning apartment can now be yours … to the tune of $10.5 million. The couple listed the home with Core NYC earlier this week. Take a peek at the stunning space, below, and then add it to the top of your holiday wish list. Or, if you fear $10.5 million is slightly out of Santa’s budget this year, skip to the bottom for a selection of pieces from The Local Vault that will help your get the Berkus/Brent look at home. And lastly, the guest room, which would be perfectly suitable accommodations if the master bedroom were already taken.
