The 2015 Fairfield Designer Showhouse on the Green is currently in full swing, and if you haven’t stopped by yet, it’s a must-do. For one, ticket sales from the showhouse benefit an amazing cause, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and their work with Operation Hope, a food pantry and shelter which provides more than 150,000 meals a year to those in need. But, it’s also the perfect place to pick up some fresh interior design inspiration. The showhouse features spaces by more than 20 celebrated designers from the tri-state area, including Lillian August, Carey Karlan, and Krista Fox interiors. There’s even a room that was designed virtually, by online interior design service Decorist.
Need some more convincing? Here are a few sneak peek photos from the showhouse, taken by Connecticut Cottages & Gardens. Once you fall in love with what you see, take a look at our picks from The Local Vault that will help you recreate these stunning spaces at home. (And be sure to stop by the showhouse, which runs through October 25!).
The Dining Room
The dining room is the work of Carol DeBear and Kristin Damle, and was inspired by Baccarat. The room features Cowtan & Tout drapery, a rug by Stark Carpet, and Farrow & Ball wallpaper.

The Library
The library was a collaboration between online interior design service Decorist, local designer Christina Murphy, and locally-based furniture company Safavieh. The design used Safavieh products almost exclusively, and the walls were lacquered in Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue.
