It’s time again for our monthly take on our favorite pieces at TLV, AKA our excuse to let our design dreams run wild and decorate a few fantasy spaces with our inventory (what’s the fun of selling beautiful things if you can’t daydream about them a bit first?!).

Our latest inspiration subject: a gorgeous antique crystal and brass basket chandelier. It’s the perfect amount of glitz and panache, and we can literally think of a way to use it to jazz up every room in the house. Here are a few of our favorite ideas…

In the Entryway
What better way to make a dazzling first impression in a grand foyer or entryway than with a beautiful chandelier? We’d hang it above a round pedestal table, add an oriental rug and top it all off with a verdant bouquet and a vintage leather book collection.

In the Dressing Room:
What’s the difference between a walk-in closet and a dressing room? Glam factor, which you instantly get with a crystal chandelier. We’d pair it with a cowhide rug, vintage Chanel art print, Regency-style vanity chair and lacquered cocktail table.

In the Bedroom:
We’re firm believers that the bedroom should be a place of luxury. Think dramatic chandeliers, Egyptian cotton linens, plush area rugs, and piles of downy throw pillows. Doesn’t this room need to exist?
